Metrics Studies For Goldense Group Inc. (1998-2004)
I managed or was a major contributor to a series of primary research studies for consultancy Goldense Group Inc. (GGI). The focus of these studies was Product Development metrics. Each of the four, biennial studies also had a special theme from rewards and recognitions, to portfolio management, to IP strategy.
My contribution included every aspect of primary research including database design and coding; detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis; and generating articles, reports, and presentations. This research has been published or cited by Business Week, Industry Week, R&D Magazine, and CFO Magazine among other publications. Reports of this proprietary research are among GGI’s product offerings and have been purchased by such firms as McKinsey & Company and Booz-Allen.
